Parks, Recreation and Culture Presentation

Municipality of Clarington, Deputy CAO, Public Services, Lee-Ann Reck, will provide the Library Board a brief overview of the approved PRC.

Customer Service Satisfaction Survey – Presentation

CEO M. Machacek will share the results of the Customer Service Satisfaction Survey with Board Members.

• THAT the Clarington Public Library Board receive Administrative Report No. A53-24: November 2024 Curator & Heritage Services Manager Report; and THAT the Clarington Public Library Board approve the items listed in the Deaccession List 2024-08 (Appendix A) be approved for removal from the Museums & Archives collections.

Closed Session

• THAT the Clarington Public Library move into closed session to discuss (i) personal matters about an identifiable individual (ii) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the board;. (Public Libraries Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.44, Sec. 16.1, 4).
